Renovotec acquires a majority of Skywire

Renovotec, a leading provider of rugged IT hardware as well as software & enterprise mobility solutions, has acquired 80% of Skywire (Australia) Pty Ltd (Skywire). Renovotec is a Röko group company.

Skywire is leading enterprise mobility solutions provider in Australia and was established in 1999. James Shepherd will continue as both CEO and minority shareholder post-completion. Skywire has revenue of AUD 20 million.

Skywire is the third add-on acquisition for Renovotec since Röko became majority owner and with this acquisition Renovotec will expand its business into the APAC region.
