Röko acquires a majority of Snowminds Group
Röko has acquired a majority of the shares of Snowminds Group ApS (“Snowminds”), a leading ski and snowboard instructor training company that provides instructor experiences, ski camps and ski trips at ski resorts across six continents. Snowminds is headquartered in Copenhagen and have enabled more than 5,000 people to become certified ski or snowboard instructors. Snowminds had net sales of approximately MDKK 60 in the last fiscal year.
Snowminds was founded in 2012 by Christoffer Vorre and Ottar í Hjøllum who are both certified instructors in Austria and who will continue in their roles as co-Managing Directors. Christoffer and Ottar will remain as significant minority shareholders.
Snowminds is Röko’s 24th company and the sixth company in Denmark.
