Röko acquires a majority of Atemag

 Röko AB has through a newly formed holding company, which is owned to 95% by Röko, acquired all the outstanding shares of ATEMAG Aggregatetechnologie und Manufaktur AG as well as MBH GmbH Metallverarbeitung (collectively “ATEMAG”). 

ATEMAG is a developer and manufacturer of aggregates for CNC machines that cater to manufacturers of products for various applications predominantly on wooden, composite and aluminum materials. The company was founded in 2004 and has been managed by the same management team since 2020. The company will continue to be managed by Maximilian Schmidt together with Sebastian Herkert who together with other key management individuals owns 5% of the holding company. In 2023, ATEMAG had revenues of EUR 7 million and employ 28 people. 

ATEMAG is Röko’s first acquisition in Germany and the 26th business unit that Röko has acquired since the company was founded in 2019.
