Röko acquires a majority of AJAT Group
Röko has acquired a majority of the shares in AJT ApS (“AJAT Group”). AJAT Group designs, manufactures, and sells uniforms for officials and associations as well as products for student graduations in Denmark, Sweden and Finland and is headquartered in Kolding, Denmark. AJAT Group employs 110 people and had sales of MDKK 220 in the latest financial year which ended June 2022.
AJAT Group was founded in Denmark in 1992 and have since expanded to Sweden through acquisitions. The former owners will continue in their respective operational roles and will own 30% of the group after the transaction.
AJAT Group is Röko’s 22nd company and the fifth company in Denmark.
