Interim Report January-June 2023

Adj. EBITA increased to MSEK 262 (173) in the second quarter 2023, and the Adj. EBITA margin increased to 19% (17%). Net sales increased to MSEK 1,395 driven by acquisitions. For the six month period, Adj. EBITA increased to MSEK 550 (348), and the Adj. EBITA margin increased to 20% (18%). Rolling twelve months net sales amounted to MSEK 5,562 (RTM) and RTM Adj.
