Röko acquires a majority of TECCON

Röko has agreed to acquire a majority of the shares of TECCON Norge AS and TECCON Industrier AS (collectively “TECCON”). TECCON develops, manufactures, imports and delivers high quality electrician products and is a domestic niche leader within pre-drawn conduits. TECCON is located with HQ and manufacturing in Stavanger, Norway. TECCON had revenues of 443 MNOK in 2021. 

 TECCON was established in 1998 by Jan Johnsen and John Grøtte. Post-completion the management team will continue in their current roles and collectively retain 15% of the shares of TECCON. 

The investment in TECCON is Röko’s 20th since the company was founded and represents the fourth investment in Norway.
